Workout your body!

Hello everybody,

Recently I have seen a few videos of an online personal trainer that helps us stay in shape, with short exercises which can be done at home.
I leave here my suggestion for this week. :)

Squat Hops -20 reps
Bent Over Rowa- 20 Reps
Walking Lunges- 20 Reps
Plank Pulls- 20Reps
